This guide will walk you through the steps how to mark an agent as a Comp Agent.

Select this option for agents that are occupied without generating revenue (e.g. owner use or complimentary stays). These rooms will be excluded from the available room count in performance reports.



How It Works

A Comp Agent refers to agents associated with non-revenue bookings. These bookings are excluded from the available room count and do not contribute to revenue figures in the performance report.

When you mark an agent as a Comp Agent, Resly will automatically exclude any rooms associated with that agent from the available room count, ensuring your revenue and occupancy reports remain accurate.



Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Settings > General

  2. Click Agents Tab

  3. Click Edit next to the agent you wish to modify.

  4. Tick This is a Comp Agent box

  5. Click Save Changes
