New Features

Connect+ Agoda: It is now possible to manage Agoda listings directly through Resly. Instead of going to the Agoda extranet, you can manage property details, room types, rate plans, promotions, and mappings through Resly. Simply click on the name of any property you have in Connect+ > Agoda. For more information see our guide.

Automations: It is now possible to create automations that run after a booking has been created. Simply select the new After booking is created trigger type when creating a new automation.

Direct+: You can now set a background image for your direct booking site. You’ll find a new background image option at Resly Direct+ > General > Property Information. Additionally, the Direct+ page footer is now fixed to the bottom of the screen on when the site initially loads.

Pending Reservations: It is now possible to automatically assign pending bookings. This should be useful for Holiday Homes and can be enabled by going to Settings > General > Reservations, then clicking on the Connect tab and selecting the new Automatically assign reservations checkbox. Please note that reservations will still initial come in to Resly as pending but will be automatically assigned by the system after a few minutes.


Improvements

Charges: It is now possible set a charge to round up or down to a nearest amount. This feature was added to support the requirements of the Victory Levy and our Victory Levy Disbursement Guide has been updated here.

Rate Plans: In Reservations > Rate Plans > Bulk Update you can now select all rate plans belonging to a specific rate plan group.

Receipts: When adding a receipt, on the Charge Card screen when there is only a single card on file, the card will be now be selected automatically.


Fixed Issues

Connect+ Booking.com: Fixed an display issue that prevented users selecting a Residence Type when updating their licence details with booking.com.

Disbursements: Fixed an issue that prevented display of the disbursement table for NZ properties when a card type with surcharges charged to Owners was selected during accomodation payment.

Charges: Fixed an issue where charges using the Every guest charge type incorrectly appeared against additional accomodation lines.

Bookings Report: Resolved a timezone issue where the report didn’t always include the correct bookings for the selected date range which affected the total revenue calculation.

Connect+: Fixed an issue where the booking total didn’t take into account cleaning and admin fees when being recalculated for incoming booking modifications.

Property Websites: Fixed an issue where images failed to load on some preview sites for the Resly Website Editor.
