New Features:
Direct+: It’s now possible to hide the price breakdown of fees in Resly Direct and display just a single ‘Accommodation’ line. This feature can be enabled by going to Resly Direct+ > General > Edit > Advanced Settings > Hide price breakdown
New Report - Marketplace GST: A new finance report has been added to help New Zealand holiday home properties track GST collected for owners, showing the GST rebate they are eligible for. This allows property managers to easily generate and view GST credit details for owners. If you’re an NZ Holiday Home, you’ll see the MarketPlace GST Report
listed in the report dropdown menu in Finance > Financial Reports

PDFs: It is now possible to include your property logo on most PDF letterheads. To enable these go to Settings > General > Finance > Others > Print Settings > Include Logo in PDF Letterheads
. Note, please make sure the logo you have uploaded to Resly is a square before enabling this feature to ensure the logo displays in full.
Improvements:
ReslyPay: We’ve made some changes behind the scenes to help improve card acceptance rates.
Victoria Levy: For properties with the Victoria Levy setup, the levy amount will now be displayed in the Dashboard > 'New Reservation'
window for room types that are set to use the Vic Levy tax rule. This should make it easier to provide quotes to guests when taking bookings over the phone.
SMS Validation: We’ve improved mobile number validation behind the scenes meaning more invalid numbers will be caught by Resly, and alert the property, when our system attempts to message a guest. Please note however, given the wide variety of international numbers, and because SMS carriers do not report on delivery status, this will not be 100%.
Security: We’ve made changes to how we handle the uploading of PDF files for reservations in Resly. These are now scanned for scripts that could be executed when being opened by an unsuspecting party.
Security: We’ve hardened our input validation for sending reservations messages from Resly PMS, making it harder for a bad actor to add code into communications that could compromise ours or other systems.
Security/Privacy: Images uploaded via Resly PMS now have their metadata removed during the upload process to improve privacy.
Messages API: Our Message API webhooks now include Room Type Id as part of their payload. This helps our messaging integration partners better match message requests.
Fixed Issues:
Supplier Statements: We fixed the incorrect wording shown on the 'Send Supplier Statement'
window.
Group Bookings: Resolved an issue where bulk updating check-in/check-out dates from the group bookings page caused incorrect inventory updates.
Breezeway: We’ve improved error handling in Breezeway when a reservation moves from one listing to another.
Inspections: Resolved an issue where when inspection tasks were copied between each other, deleting an image in one caused any copied images to also be removed.
Receipts & Disbursements: Resolved an issue where, after adding a receipt involving owner credit card fees, the charge did not always display in the disbursements table until the browser page was refreshed.
Listings/Room Types: Resolved an issue where adding a new listing/room type would cause the ordering to change. New items now appear at the top allowing them to be easily located and moved.
Staff Portal: Resolved an issue where re-assigned housekeeping tasks were still visible for the default housekeeper.
Resly Connect+: Resolved an issue where some Room Type drop-downs where not sorted alphabetically.
Resly Connect+ - Airbnb: Resolved an issue where some Airbnb listings would fail to sync due to the number of allowed pets not being set.
