New Feature

  • Victoria Shorty Stay Levy Report: For properties needing to file their first Victory Levy return in April, we’ve created a new report that lets you quickly generate the CSV required by the State Revenue Office. You’ll find this report under Finance > Financial Reports > Tax & Levy Report > Victory Short Stay Levy


Improvements

  • PDF Letterheads: Thanks to your feedback we reverted the additional space formatting on PDF Letterheads you may have noticed in the previous Resly release. This applies when properties have not enabled the option of including logos on PDFs.

  • Mobile Number Verification: On the reservation details page, we’ve updated the mobile number field to let you know if a mobile number for a guest is invalid. This also applies in the Send SMS Message window. Please note, given the large variety of internal numbers these checks won’t be able to pick up all invalid combinations.


Fixed Issues

  • PDFs: Resolved an issue where having an invalid property logo in Resly would prevent PDFs from generating.

  • Agent Invoices: Resolved an issue that caused Agent Invoices to sometimes generate without an invoice number.

  • Disbursements: Resolved an issue where having an agent commission with a fixed rebate amount sometimes lead to issues during the disbursement process.

  • Payment Links: Resolved an issue where ReslyPay Payment Links were sometimes missing reservation details leading to unmatched payments being received.

  • Image Uploads: Resolved an issue that was preventing uploading images for some users.

  • Resly Direct+ Promos: Resolved an issue preventing setting Rate Plan or Listing restrictions when setting up promo codes.

  • Group Booking Emails: Resolved an issue where cancelling a reservation in a Group Booking didn’t update the value in the GROUP_TOTAL_ACCOMMODATION merge field.

  • Search: Resolved an issue where searching by car registration was not working.

  • Inbound Emails: Resolved an issue where it wasn’t possible to view an inbound email that wasn’t attached to a reservation. When you click these notifications they now load the email in a new page whereas previously they did nothing.

  • Owner Reservation Emails: Resolved an issue where, for owner bookings made via the Owner Portal, reservation confirmation emails used property details instead of portfolio details.

  • Email Footers: Resolved an issue where a property’s city wasn’t included in the address in email footers.

  • Email Receipts: Resolved an issue where GST was not listed correctly on email receipts.
