New Features
Reports: A new Managers Report as been added to help property managers estimate future revenue.
Housekeeping: It is now possible to mark housekeeping tasks as 'requiring attention' from within the staff portal. This feature can be enabled by going to Settings > General > Portals > Staff Portal
and includes options for receiving notifications when housekeeping tasks are marked for attention.
Improvements
Reservations - Finance: Improved surcharge detail wording on lines shown on the Reservation Finance tab depending on if a charge was fixed amount or percentage based. For example, previously you may have seen wording such as 0% + $0.22 of card payment amount $5000
. This would now simply display as $0.22 of card payment amount $5000
given there was no percentage based charge. We have also improved handling of fixed amount Owner surcharges for NZ properties.
Staff Portal: It is now possible to see tasks completed in the previous 3 days from within the Resly Staff Portal.
Fixed issues
Resly Connect - VRBO: Resolved an issue where the rental agreement link wasnโt working correctly.
Owner Statements: Resolved an issue where resaving an existing owner statement from the debug page would not include pending transactions
Reconciliation page: Resolved an issue where the Bank Statement Balance date wasnโt using the most recent transaction date.
Housekeeping: Resolved an issue where some housekeeping tasks were displaying outdated bookings for dual key rooms
Automations: Resolved an issue where quoted reservations were included in automations. This change has been made to prevent unintended actions.
Resly Connect: Resolved an issue where facilities removed from a Booking.com listing continued to appear as active in Resly.
Refunds: Resolved an issue where GST was not displaying on refunds for card payments.
