A Guide To Our Billing Section
At Resly, we want to make billing simple, transparent, and easily accessible for all users with the appropriate access level. That’s why we’ve built a comprehensive Billing section right inside the platform. Whether you need to check upcoming charges, review past invoices, manage payment methods, or monitor premium SMS usage, everything is available in one convenient place.
Below is a breakdown of each section you’ll find in the Billing area.
Accessing the Billing Section
To get started, click on the menu icon on the right-hand side of your screen and select Billing, or click the button below.
From here, you’ll see multiple tabs designed to give you full visibility and control over your billing information.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab provides a live calculation of your upcoming billing. This gives you a clear, real-time picture of what your next invoice will look like—no surprises, just transparency.
Invoices Tab
The Invoices tab is your hub for all past invoices. Here, you can:
Check the payment status of each invoice
View invoice details at any time
Download copies for your records
It’s designed to make record-keeping simple and accessible.
Payment Settings Tab
Need to update your payment information? The Payment Settings tab allows you to view and manage the credit card we use for billing. Updating details is quick and secure, ensuring your payments run smoothly every billing cycle.
How to Resolve Payment Method Alerts
To clear the alert, follow these steps:
Update your payment method details:
Navigate to Resly Billing → Payment Settings.
Add your new card details or update the existing ones if your current method has changed or is expiring soon.
Notify the support team if required:
Once you've updated the payment method, reach out to Resly's support or accounts team to ensure the alert is cleared from the system. By keeping your billing information updated, you can ensure uninterrupted usage of Resly.
Why Do Payment Method Alerts Appear?
Resly displays alerts to update payment methods primarily to ensure that your saved payment method remains current and valid. For example, an alert may appear if:
The saved payment card is nearing its expiration date.
This is a preventive measure to avoid potential issues with payment processing after the expiry date.
The payment method has failed during a transaction or needs additional verification. These alerts ensure future transactions can proceed without interruptions, even if no immediate issues exist.
Premium SMS Tab
If your business uses Premium SMS features, this tab is for you. It provides:
A detailed view of your SMS usage
An estimated SMS billing calculation
This way, you can monitor costs and plan accordingly.
Wrapping Up
With the Billing section, we’ve made it easy to understand, manage, and control your billing from one central location. From live invoice calculations to detailed usage tracking, everything you need is just a click away.
