What are Refundable Bookings?

Refundable Bookings are an optional feature that a guest can add to their booking. It offer them the flexibility to request a refund if you can't attend travel for specific reasons, such as illness, travel delays, or adverse weather conditions.

How to Check if a guest has Purchased Refundable Booking:

To determine if a guest has purchased refundable booking, you can refer to their reservation page, on the left hand side in overview tab it will show.

Changing to Refundable Tickets After Purchase:

Refundable tickets can only be selected at the time of the original booking. You cannot change a booking to add refundable fee after purchase.

Accidental Selection of Refundable Tickets:

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the additional charge for the refundable booking fee option if the guest accidentally selected it during purchase.
