Updated this week

Overview

Are you looking to manage the length of time guests can stay? With Resly, you can easily set Minimum Stay or Maximum Stay restrictions to fit your needs—whether you need a quick adjustment for a few days or a bulk update for longer periods.

Before You Start

What You’ll Need:

  • The date you want to apply the CTA to.

  • Click How To Bulk Update Rates & Restrictions to learn how to quickly adjust Min Stay and Max Stay for multiple listings and rate plans.

  • If you’re using a third-party pricing tool like PriceLabs or Room Price Genie, you’ll also need to update the settings there to keep everything in sync.

How It Works

  • Min Stay ensures guests book a minimum number of nights—perfect for reducing to one-night stays and maximising revenue.

  • Max Stay sets a cap on how long a guest can stay—great for preventing long-term bookings during high-demand periods.

  • 3 Nights Rate Plan: This rate plan allows guests to book stays of 3 nights or more. However, bookings for stays of fewer than 3 nights (e.g., 1 or 2 nights) are restricted unless the plan’s minimum stay configuration is modified.

  • 5 Nights Rate Plan: Under this plan, guests can book only stays of 5 nights or more. Any reservation requests for fewer nights will not be possible unless changes are made to the rate plan's minimum night requirement.

You can update these restrictions manually for specific dates or use Bulk Update for longer periods.
