New Features

Integrations: SuiteOp is now available, enabling seamless syncing of reservation data, housekeeping updates, lock codes, and upsell charges between Resly and SuiteOp. It automates guest operations with real-time updates and supports a smooth pre-check-in experience, while keeping guest-facing information accurate and up to date.

Improvements

Credit Card security: Improved credit card security auditing by adding a view history, whenever full card details are revealed. You can now see the number of reveals at a glance, and open an on-demand list showing who viewed the card and when (sorted most recent first).

Resly Direct 2.0: Added a new Hide City option to Interface settings, allowing you to remove the City field from the guest booking experience. This helps simplify the search for single-location portfolios and reduce guest confusion.

Unified Inbox: Sender’s email will now display the message and Sender details inside a Reservation, under the Communications tab.

Unified Inbox: Notes now show the name of the user who added them. When you hover over a message, you can also see the user’s name and the timestamp.

Bug fixes

Dashboard > Arrivals: Fixed an issue where text overflowed on bulk generated PDF requests from the Arrivals tab and now word wrapping and consistent formatting is ensured on bulk print requests.

Finance: Fixed an issue and now EOM payout payments enforce a unique ledger reference to prevent duplicate entries in financial reporting.

Finance: Fixed an issue where some receipts displayed “undefined” for guest names and showed raw reservation IDs instead of the correct Booking Reference. Guest details and reservation references now consistently display as expected.

Google Hotels: Promotions without a date limit were incorrectly restricted to a one-day check-in/check-out window. This has been resolved so open-ended promotions now apply across the full valid stay, date range.

Housekeeping: Fixed an issue where users only assigned to Pre-arrival checks, were missing from the Housekeeper filter, and could not be included in printed job lists. Pre-arrival checks are now included alongside standard Housekeeping tasks, improving filtering and reporting.

Managers Report: Report now only includes confirmed bookings when calculating totals, ensuring more accurate revenue figures and better alignment with the Manager’s account balance.

Reservations: Fixed an issue where updating a Child Room housekeeping status to Ready incorrectly updated all related rooms. Now, only the selected room is updated, ensuring accurate statuses across Parent and Child Rooms.

Reservations: Fixed an issue where a reservation became stuck without a room assignment after a simultaneous modification and room allocation. The issue has been resolved, and safeguards in place that will prevent reservations from losing their room assignment (a roomId) in this scenario.

Resly Direct 2.0: Fixed an issue where manually applied promotions could override auto-apply promotion tags, ensuring the correct promotion names are displayed when multiple promotions are active.

Resly Direct 2.0: Fixed an issue where Resly Direct promotions were incorrectly discounting booking and cleaning fees, instead of the nightly rate. Promotional discounts will now apply only to nightly rates, preventing unintended revenue loss from attached charges.

Resly Direct 2.0: Fixed an issue where Check In and Check Out dates in booking links are now correctly appling all supported URL parameters, so availability matches the dates and details passed in the link.

Resly Direct 2.0: Listing descriptions now display the same formatting in Preview, as is visible in Edit with line breaks and spacing preserved.

Resly Direct 2.0: Fixed an issue where bookings from Google Hotels as a source were not being tracked correctly due to missing referrer and sub-agent data. These bookings will now track accurate reporting on where your guests are coming from.

Resly Direct 2.0: Updated links to use the new listing ID logic, ensuring properties open correctly without errors when using links originating in the PMS.

Resly Direct 2.0: Fixed an issue where listing images were cropped for non-wide formats. Images now scale correctly to fit, ensuring the full image is always visible.

Resly Direct 2.0: Expanded the Resly Direct booking form to include all countries, ensuring guests can select their correct location. The country dropdown is now searchable for faster and easier selection.

Resly Express (Homes & Villas by Marriott): Fixed an issue relating to capture of guest email details and now the Reservation and the Confirmation letter automatically include this, removing any requirement for manual updates.

Tenancies: Fixed an issue with Finance so that Contra receipts applied to a Tenancy will now appear in Tenancy>Finance>Payments & Refunds. This will ensure all applied receipts are visible alongside other payment types and aligned with the ledger for clearer audit tracking.

Unified Listings Management: Fixed an issue where some Airbnb-connected listings were not appearing in the Integration tab under ULM despite being successfully mapped. Listings will now correctly display once connected.

Vic Short Stay Levy Report: Fixed an issue where the report failed to generate and display correctly in table view.
