Finance: Owner surcharges set as a fixed amount will no longer display a 0% commission on Owner statements. Only a dollar amount will be shown for the 0% scenario, to avoid confusion.
Resly Direct: Improved performance and now delivers faster load times and a smoother, more responsive booking experience for Property Managers and guests.
Resly Direct: Improved Room Type Tag management by adding a Hide on Direct checkbox option, allowing Property Managers to keep internal tags in Resly PMS, while preventing them from appearing or being used as filters on Resly Direct.
Security and Access: After completing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for a sensitive action, you won’t be prompted again for 10 minutes on the same browser. This resets if you sign out, your session ends, or you switch Properties.
Unified Inbox: Updated the layout to ensure the message input is always visible without scrolling and improved responsiveness to different screen sizes and layouts.
Bug fixes
Automations: Replace technical trigger names with clear, user-friendly descriptions, introduced explanatory tooltips for each trigger, and standardised the Resly Express channel label to “StayLonger”.
Communication: Fixed an issue where HTML code could appear in Channel Message Automations if message templates pulled in certain text area Custom Fields. Messages now display the intended content only, without unwanted HTML.
Communication: Fixed an issue where automatic messages triggered by booking edits showed missing or incorrect booking details. Custom Fields and property name now populate correctly when using action-based triggers with templates.
Owner Statements: Fixed an issue where unpaid guest-only charges incorrectly caused reservations to be flagged as “Owing.” Now, only undisbursed owner-related charges trigger this status.
Reports: Improved consistency between the Reservation List and Bookings Report so filtered booking totals now align more accurately when using comparable date ranges and filters.
Reservation: Custom Fields v2 (Type: Reservation) now appears during the reservation creation process and remains accessible after the reservation is created, which aligns to Custom Fields v1.
Resly Direct: Fixed an issue where Google Hotels promotions with an empty end date were incorrectly restricted, causing open-ended promotions to become unbookable.
Resly Direct v2: Fixed an issue where searches could show unavailable room types when rate plan restrictions (e.g. min/max stay) weren’t met. Searches now correctly return “No results found” when no options are available.
Resly Direct v2: A field Exclusive Perks for Direct Bookings has been removed from the user interface for v2 users - as it is only a v2 option.
Resly Direct v2: Improved search page performance by optimising listing virtualisation for faster load times and smoother scrolling.
SU Channel: Fixed an issue where some booking updates via auto modification, were not processing correctly due to mapping issues. Booking changes will now apply as expected.
VRBO: Fixed an issue and now pricing remains consistent after booking updates and any incorrect “Refund” amount will not appear.
VRBO: Cancellation requests from guests are now received in Resly, allowing Property Managers to view and handle them.
