Unified Inbox Unified Inbox is now available for all Resly customers, bringing email, SMS, Channel messages, and Notes into a single conversation view within the Reservation’s communication tab. The release also introduces AI-assisted message rephrasing and improved phone number entry across related communication forms.

Channel Distribution: Improved Airbnb booking modification requests, so any booking changes will only show in Resly once the change is fully confirmed by Airbnb.

Agents: Fixed an issue where Agent Mapping could incorrectly require a Sub Agent after “Allow Sub Agent” was disabled. The required Sub Agent setting is now automatically cleared when Sub Agents are turned off, allowing mappings to save correctly while maintaining existing Sub Agent functionality when enabled.

Allotments: Inventory and allotments now recalculate correctly when a Room is moved to a different Room Type. This ensures that availability updates will apply across all dates and sync accurately to connected channels, including all Linked and Virtual Room set ups.

Channel Distribution: Booking.com Occupancy Based Pricing settings are now hidden in Mapping, for listings where Occupancy Based Pricing has not yet been enabled by the channel.

Channel Distribution: Removed unused payment-related fields from the Vrbo reservations query to improve sync stability and resolve SSO-related issues.

Finance: Fixed an issue where Xero invoices generated through Dashboard > Daily Banking could show incorrect totals for some non-trust properties using Xero daily mode. Xero invoices now consistently match the total shown in Resly before sending.

Finance: Fixed an issue where expired attachment links prevented previous-month Owner invoice attachments from opening from transaction rows. Owner Statement emails now include refreshed attachment URLs to prevent permission denied errors, when the file still exists and the user has valid access.

Integrations – Pricelabs: Fixed an issue where minimum stay updates were not syncing to Rate Plans with “Derive Minimum Stay” enabled. Pricelabs updates will now refresh all related rate values automatically, keeping minimum stay settings in sync across the Rate Plan.

Reservations: Airbnb payment activity is now displayed for modification requests in the Reservation Alteration window. Property Managers can easily confirm whether a guest has paid before accepting booking changes.

Reservation Summary: Fixed an issue where a guest’s “Other Reservations” (past or future bookings), were not correctly identified when guest email or mobile fields contained extra spaces. Matching reservations are now correctly detected and displayed for repeat guests.

Resly Direct v2: Updated search filter label from “City” to “Location” to better reflect regional, coastal, rural, and island destinations.

ReslyPay: Fixed an issue where ReslyPay invoice breakdown CSV files were generating as 0B (zero bytes) attachment. Invoice data was always available, but the CSV step was failing in some cases, resulting in empty downloaded files.

Su Channel: Removed legacy channel Jumpon.online mappings that could not be accessed or cleared, which were preventing some inactive Room Types from being updated.

VRBO: Cancellation requests from guests are now received in Resly, allowing Property Managers to view and handle them.
