Overview
Booking.com reservations can be paid to the Property using either a Gross Payout or Net Payout model.
Gross Payout reservations are paid to the Property in full. Booking.com commission and fees are managed separately.
Net Payout reservations have Booking.com commission and payment processing fees deducted before the payout is remitted to the Property.
Booking.com sends Resly the reservation's gross value, regardless of how the reservation will be paid out. When Booking.com payout handling is configured, Resly automatically identifies the reservation payout type during import and applies the appropriate agent configuration.
For Net Payout reservations, Resly can adjust the reservation value to match the amount paid to the Property after Booking.com deductions and assign the reservation to a dedicated Booking.com Net Agent account.
For Gross Payout reservations, the reservation imports using the full reservation value and the configured Booking.com Gross Agent account.
Existing Reservations
This new configuration setting only applies to reservations imported after the setup is enabled.
Reservations imported before the configuration is enabled must be reviewed and updated manually by Resly Support if payout handling changes are required.

Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
Why does the booking amount in Resly differ from the guest-paid amount?
Booking.com may have deducted commission and payment service fees before sending the payout to the Property. Resly adjusts the booking value to reflect the actual payout amount received.
Do I need to manually adjust future bookings?
No. Once Net Amount Adjustment is enabled in Agent Mapping, new Booking.com bookings will be checked and adjusted automatically during import.
