How To Bulk Send SMS - Premium SMS

Overview

If you’re a premium SMS user, this feature is all about saving time and making sure everyone gets the memo, all in one go. If you're on the basic plan, you won’t see this option—but if you’re on the premium plan, you’re good to go!



Before You Start

  • 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be required to send more than 10 messages at once. To learn how to activate this, click here

How It Works

You can send bulk SMS messages from several key pages:

  • Dashboard - Arrivals, Departures, In House, New Bookings

  • Reservation List

  • Tenancy List

  • Account List

You can also send bulk SMS to owners from the Reservation List. This makes it easy to communicate with multiple contacts at once.


Step-by-Step Dashboard

  1. Log into Resly

  2. Click Dashboard

  3. Click on either Arrival, Departure, In House or New Bookings tab

  4. Click on the Purple Phone icon


  5. In the pop-up box, click on the Recipients in Blue Text to select or deselect recipients

  6. Type in the Message or select a Template

  7. Click Send

  8. Log into Resly

  9. Click Reservations

  10. Click Reservations List

  11. Click Purple Phone icon

  12. Repeat steps 5 - 7



    Step-by-Step Tenancy List

  13. Log into Resly

  14. Click Tenancies

  15. Click Purple Phone icon

  16. Repeat Steps 5 - 7



    Step-by-Step Account List

  17. Log into Resly

  18. Click Finance

  19. Click Accounts

  20. Click Purple Phone icon

  21. Repeat Steps 5 - 7
