A Unified Listings Management tool to simplify updates to your supported channels.

Overview

Unified Listings Management lets you manage listing details across connected booking channels. Instead of updating each channel separately, you can update listing information once and sync it to supported channels.


Listings Overview

Go to Settings > Listings.

From here you can View a complete list of all your individual listings.

For each listing you can see the current connected channels (coloured circles under the Channel column) and some property details - Occupancy, Rates, Owner. Hover over the coloured circles to identify which channel, as shown below.

Update Listing Information

Listing details are updated in an identical way across most tabs. The steps to update Overview, Listing and Amenities follow similar steps to update. Photos and Integrations have different steps which are detailed separately.

Overview

Operational information such as contact details, WiFi information and guest instructions for Check-in and Check-out.

Listings

Property information and configuration including address, occupancy, physical room size, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, property policy for Smoking, Pets and or Events and Custom Fields.

Amenities

Select which amenities apply to the listing and sync them to supported channels.

Photos

Upload or manage listing images across connected channels.

Integrations

Connect the listing to booking channels and create New Channel Listings using a comprehensive integrated tool.

Steps to Update Overview, Listing and Amenities tab

  1. Open the individual listing and click Edit

  2. Select the relevant tab eg Listings

  3. Update single or multiple fields, then click Save.

A window will display where you can Select or Deselect channels that you don't want to apply the update to. In the final column a summary of the updates that will be processed and alerts will appear to highlight anything that will not sync.

Click on Confirm when you have reviewed the updates that will be processed.

Note that there is a hyperlink to the channel to check any details that can be accessed before clicking on Confirm

Update Progress with Status

An error message will highlight any sync that was not successful.


Examples of different updates

Single field update - modify Maximum Occupancy

Example: Modify Maximum Occupancy

Navigate to Listings tab

  1. Click Edit, bottom left corner

  2. Increase or Decrease in the Maximum Occupancy field

  3. Click Save

  4. Review the details in the Select Listings window pop up

Select Listings

The Select Listings window pop up shows the Listing being updated and synched across the connected channels.

Updates to Apply column shows you what is being updated.

Click on Confirm (bottom right corner, not visible in screenshot) to save to all channels that are selected.

Click on the cross (top right hand corner) to escape before confirming, if there is any concern about what is being updated.

Navigate to Listings tab

  1. Click Edit, bottom left corner

  2. Increase or Decrease the Maximum Occupancy, Bedrooms and Bathroom fields.

  3. Click Save

  4. Review the details in the Select Listings window pop up

All channels appear, but some may not show the updated function because some channels do not support the specific field being updated.

Example Although changes were made to three fields (Max. Occupancy, Number of Bedrooms, Number of Bathrooms), Agoda does not accept changes to two of the fields, as only Max. Occupancy is being updated.


Steps to Update Photos tab

Add new photos

Upload new photos to apply to all listings simultaneously, or selectively deactivate channels that are not to receive updates, by using the check boxes.

  1. To add photos, click the orange Upload Photos button, then either drag and drop files or browse to select them.

  2. You can also deselect any channels that should not receive the photos from this screen (1st screenshot below)

  3. Click Upload once files are uploaded to this window.

  4. An Update Progress window will appear the upload is completed to alert you to successful uploads and highlight issues as indicated (2nd screenshot below).

Modify photos

Changes to existing photos are made using the pencil tool embedded below each image, as indicated below. Changes include:

  • updating the image caption

  • deleting image from a channel

  • uploading an image to a channel where the image is not currently displayed

  1. Select pencil to access the Edit window

  2. Make changes and select Save.


Steps to Update Integrations tab - Create a New Channel Listing

Currently available for Airbnb and Resly Direct only

  1. From the Integrations tab of an individual Listing, select Create Channel Listing, as indicated on the right (screenshot below).

  2. Choose Airbnb or Resly Direct from the drop down menu to access the Update Listing panel where you can update the detailed property information.

  3. Complete all mandatory fields. Note that some information will auto populate. (screen shot of the Update Listing panel, below)

  4. Click on Continue, bottom right hand corner, to complete the new listing. A pop up window, Create Listing, response will confirm what information was successfully synched with the channel (screenshot below).

In the Update Listing panel, an Alert message indicates what number of fields need attention. Use the button selector Needs Attention, to isolate only those fields that need updating.
