Overview
Before a Room or Property can be listed on HVMB, certain listing information must be completed before it is finally approved by HVMB.
Resly provides a listing requirements checklist that shows which requirements have been completed and highlights any items that still require attention before the Room or Property can be listed.
Review the Listing
Step 1
Go to > Resly Express > Channels > HVMI
Step 2
Click edit on the listing to open and select a tab eg the Amenities tab
Step 3
A Listing Summary Window displays the details and if there are issues, an alert to the user is shown in red, "Requirements MIssing" and the number of issues in brackets alongside.
Click on the question mark alongside Booking Status, as indicated, to open a Go Live Requirements checklist window.
Step 4
The Go Live Requirements checklist window, displays outstanding items by default.
To view both completed and outstanding items, select Show Passed Requirements, as indicate below.
Step 5
Once all required information has been completed, the List button becomes available and the Property can be listed on HVMB.
HVMB Status - Pending
Listings must be manually Approved by the HVMB team and remain on Pending until it is updated.
Step 6
Listing Status and HVMB Status will be updated to Approved automatically. There maybe be a time delay. Return to this step to check for updates.

Understanding the Status in the Summary Window
Status | Description |
Listing Status | Controls whether the listing is visible online. Use List to make the listing available for bookings and Unlist to remove it from sale.
The List button is only available when all listing requirements have been met. |
Booking Status | Displays any missing requirements that may prevent the listing from receiving bookings.
This status is only visible when one or more requirements have not been met. |
HVMB Status | Shows the approval status of the listing with HVMB. Listings require manual approval by the HVMB team and may display Approved, Pending, Rejected, or Deleted.
Resly does not receive a reason when a listing is rejected. |
Important to Know
Subsequent changes trigger revalidation
Listings can be updated at any time. If changes are made that cause one or more requirements to no longer be met, the listing status will automatically revert to Booking Status: Requirements Missing (#), where # indicates the number of missing requirements.
Once the requirements are completed again, the listing can return to an eligible booking status.
