Resly Direct v2: Updated the Request to Book confirmation messaging to clearly display that “Your Booking has been Requested” rather than “Confirmed”. Instant booking confirmation messaging remains unchanged.

Security (User Management): Improved user permissions by limiting hotel switching to authorised accounts, requiring 2FA for user changes, and adding invitation tracking with admin alerts for new users and monthly user summaries (include the total number of users with access, along with a breakdown of recently added users to help monitor account activity). The interface has also been simplified by removing in-hotel email logs.

Airbnb: Connection stability has been improved by ensuring all requests now come from a secure connection, reducing interruptions caused by shared network traffic. This helps keep your Airbnb listings syncing more reliably in Resly.

Integrations - SMS: Removed “Sender ID is pending approval” warning when sending SMS.

Finance: On an Owner Statement in the Accounting Summary, the text related to GST credits: GST Credited: $0.00 will not appear in the summary, if the GST Credit feature is not enabled.

Finance: Owner statements for NZ clients now correctly display NZBN and GST numbers instead of Australian business identifiers. This fix also applies to historical statements, removing the need for manual debugging each month.

Finance: Changes made under accounts with a large number of properties are now saving more reliably, including property charge overrides and property details. This helps prevent information from reverting or needing to be entered multiple times.

Owner’s Portal: Fixed an issue where the Owner Portal was not showing the complete booking value for a Reservation. A booking may have had multiple disbursements for accommodation, but only a single amount was visible.

Rate Plans: Added a new setting to Bulk Updates to support Derived Minimum Stay rules when updating Rates.

Reservations: Payments under the Finance tab can now only be reversed if they are linked to non-disbursed items, ensuring consistency across Reservation and Cashbook.

Resly Express: Airbnb Updated pricing label from “Booking ahead discount” to “Early Bird” to align with Airbnb terminology. Functionality is unchanged.

Resly Express: Fixed an issue where some listings displayed the wrong rate plan in the Listings page (mapping was unaffected) and updated listing labels to make them easier to identify.

Resly Direct v2: Improved data consistency in Resly Direct by standardising how IDs are generated and used.
