Important Update to NZ Bank Feed Connection

Update your NZ bank feed connection to continue receiving live bank feeds in Resly

Overview

Note: This update applies to all NZ banks except Kiwibank

To continue receiving live NZ bank feeds in Resly, existing bank feed connections need to be re-authenticated using the new secure Akahu open banking connection.

This process does not change anything to do with your account - it simply updates the connection type used to securely link your bank feed with Resly.

The re-authentication process is completed through your banking app and only takes a few minutes to complete.

How to Update the Connection Type

Go to Settings > Integrations > Live Bank Feed (NZ)

Step 1

Your bank connection requires migration to the new connection type. You will see a Re-Authenticate button on the right as indicated. Click Re-Authenticate to begin the process.

Step 2

A window will open requesting ongoing access between Resly and Akahu - click Continue

A window will open requesting email verification - click Continue

Different email? If a different email needs to be used to manage your connected accounts in the future, select Use a different email address

After clicking the button:

  • A QR code will appear to authorise data sharing

  • Scan the QR code using your mobile phone

  • Follow the steps in your banking app to authorise data sharing
