What Do [OLD] and (Raw) Mean?
Some column export fields may include suffixes such as [OLD] or (Raw). These labels help identify how the data is stored and where it originates from.
Understanding [OLD] and (Raw) Fields
Some export fields may include [OLD] or (Raw) in their name.
[OLD] fields are older custom fields that may still contain information used by your Property. Because custom fields can be different for each Property, the fields you see may not match those shown by other users.
(Raw) fields contain the original stored value rather than the formatted version shown in Resly. For example, instead of displaying a name, the export may show a reference code or identifier eg AGENT-XYZ instead of a Agent XYZ
If you're unsure which field to select, the standard field (without [OLD] or (Raw)) is usually the best option for reporting.
