HVMB Onboarding Experience: Resly Express streamlines Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy onboarding with a guided validation checklist that identifies missing listing requirements before publishing, helping Property Managers reduce delays, avoid booking issues, and get properties live faster.
Airbnb Modifications: Improved process of managing Airbnb reservation alterations with clearer status information throughout the process. Notifications now highlight when an approved alteration is awaiting guest payment and display the updated reservation dates for improved visibility.
Automations > Customised Reservation Report: Added support for custom column selection in automated Reservation Reports, allowing users to configure which reservation fields are included.
Integrations: Webhooks are now easier to monitor and manage with Active and Inactive statuses. Webhooks that repeatedly fail are automatically disabled and will generate an in app and email notification.
Channel Distribution: Added IBE – Booking Engine+ (formerly Avvio) as a new SU channel.
Calculate agent commission on GST-exclusive amount: Choose whether agent commission is calculated on the GST-inclusive or GST-exclusive amount, providing greater flexibility for commission management. This improvement is available behind a feature flag and includes updated setting labels for clearer configuration.
Bug fixes
Reservations: Improved the user experience in the interface of the Communications tab when scrolling messages.
Resly Direct 2.0: Fixed an issue where some listings were incorrectly limiting guest numbers to 2, even when higher occupancy was configured; guest limits will now correctly reflect each property’s actual settings.
Pay Advantage: Manually entered credit card details during receipt creation are now correctly sent to PayAdvantage for payment processing. This ensures payments can be successfully charged from reservations and the Cashbook when card details are entered during the receipting process.
