Field Selection: Field selection is now more consistent across reports and exports. Mandatory fields remain visible, selected fields and their order are retained, and field labels and counts accurately reflect the columns included.
Pending Reservations: Supported pending booking requests can now be opened directly in Inbox, making it easier to review and respond to guest messages before accepting or declining the request.
Resly Direct 2.0: Pending booking requests now include the guest's mobile number and email address, making it easier to contact guests before accepting or declining their request.
Resly Direct 2.0: Listing page URLs now retain search details, including travel dates and guest numbers, making it easy to copy and share a direct link with guests. When the link is opened, the booking details are automatically pre-filled, allowing guests to review the property and complete their booking without re-entering their search information.
Reservation CSV Exports: include optional Finance summary fields, including Gross Booking Total, Net Booking Total, Owner Payout, and Owner Net Earnings.
Bug fixes
Automations: Action-based automations now populate Merge Fields consistently across email, SMS, and channel messages. Room-specific details such as Room Type and Room Notes are correctly included, matching the behaviour of messages sent manually.
Automations: Cleaner Modification email automations are now triggered when reservation dates or guest numbers are updated through Resly Express/Connect, ensuring Housekeeping teams receive the same reservation change notifications as they do for manual updates.
Housekeeping: Fixed issue where completed Housekeeping tasks could not have their start or end times edited and could lock to an unrelated future timestamp.
Reservation Modifications: Guest count changes made as a result of change to arrival or departure date alterations, are now automatically updated in Resly, keeping reservation occupancy aligned with the channel.
VRBO: Listing updates are now more reliable by preventing validation errors caused by unsupported amenities. The Common Surface Disinfectant and Disinfectant Used amenities have been removed from VRBO listings, as they are no longer supported by VRBO.
VRBO: Improved the reliability of VRBO guest enquiry synchronisation with Resly, so enquiries are more consistently delivered to the Unified Inbox.
Calendar View: The calendar column width selector has been restored, allowing you to choose your preferred column width in Calendar View.
Unified Listing Management: Fixed issue where amenities could not be added to listings with no existing amenities due to an undefined amenities error.
Unified Inbox: Users can switch between Email and SMS while composing a message in the Unified Inbox without losing their draft.
3 Way Report Period: 3 Way Reports generated from End of Month History now display the correct closed financial period, ensuring the report month matches the completed End of Month rather than the current financial period.
