How to Access and Use the Owner Portal

Learn how to access and use the Owner Portal in Resly, including how to log in, where to find your statements, and what to do if you cannot access your account.

If your property manager has invited you to the Owner Portal, you can use it to view information about your property in one convenient place.

The Owner Portal is designed for owners, so you do not need access to the main Resly platform. Instead, you access the portal through a link sent to you by your property manager and verify your email when prompted.

Before you get started

Owner Portal access is only available if your property manager has:

  • purchased the Owner Portal module

  • activated it for your property

  • sent you the portal login link

If you have not received a link, contact your property manager.

How to access the Owner Portal

To sign in:

  1. Open the Owner Portal link sent to you by your property manager.

  2. Check your email for a verification code.

  3. Enter the code when prompted.

  4. You will then be logged in to the Owner Portal.

Owners do not need to create or remember a password. Instead, access is confirmed using the verification code sent to the email address linked to the owner account.

If more than one email address is linked to your owner account, the code may be sent to all linked email addresses, so you can use any of those inboxes to retrieve it.

What you can view in the Owner Portal

What you can see depends on how your property manager has configured the portal for you. Depending on your property manager’s setup, you may be able to view:

  • owner statements

  • booking information

  • limited reservation details

  • other property-related information

Viewing owner statements in the portal

If your property manager has enabled statements in the Owner Portal, you can use the portal to view your owner statements online.

Some owners will also receive their statements as a PDF by email at the end of the month, depending on their property manager’s process.

If you are unable to see statements in the portal, contact your property manager to confirm that statement access has been switched on.

Important to know

There is no separate Resly app for owners. Owners access the Owner Portal through a link in their email, not through a standalone owner app.

That means the easiest way to access the portal is always through the link your property manager sends you.

Trouble logging in?

If you are having trouble accessing the Owner Portal, check the following:

  • Make sure you are using the portal link sent by your property manager.

  • Check your inbox for the verification code email.

  • If you have more than one email linked to your owner account, check all linked inboxes.

  • Ask your property manager to resend the link if needed.

If you still cannot access the portal, your property manager can confirm whether your portal access has been activated.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a password to log in?

No. Owners do not need a password for the Owner Portal. You log in using the portal link and a verification code sent to your email.

Where do I get the Owner Portal link?

Your property manager will send it to you. If you have not received it, contact them directly.

Can I use an app to access the portal?

Owners access the portal through their email link and verify their email to sign in.

Why can’t I see my statements?

Your property manager may not have enabled statements in the Owner Portal yet. Statement visibility depends on the settings they have chosen.

What if I don’t receive the verification code?

First, check the inbox for the email address linked to your owner account. If more than one email is linked, check those as well. If the code still has not arrived, contact your property manager for help.

Final tip

The Owner Portal is the easiest way to view the information your property manager has chosen to share with you online. Once you have your login link, access is simple: open the link, enter your email verification code, and you’re in.

For anything you cannot see or access, your property manager is the best person to help.
