Overview
Edit History provides an audit trail of changes made to an account.
Each entry records:
Date and time of the change
User who made the change
Fields that were updated
Previous value
New value
Only fields changed during a save are recorded, with entries displayed in chronological order. It does not explain why a change was made or allow changes to be reverted
Edit History helps you review account changes for auditing and troubleshooting.
Where to find Edit History
Step 1
Go to Finance
Step 2
Open the required account
Manager Account - directly from menu
Owner and Supplier - found under Accounts
Step 3
From the Account selected, click Edit History (same location, regardless of which type of Account).
Example shown is a Supplier Account.
Step 4
View Edit History
Each entry represents a single save action.
If multiple fields were changed before selecting Save, they appear together within the same history entry.
Understanding the Values
Depending on the field, values may appear as text, numbers, or system values such as TRUE, FALSE, or (empty) for toggle settings and configuration options.
Text Update
Edit History will display both the previous value and the new value for each field.

Toggle Setting Update
Some settings are stored in Resly as a toggle setting:
Yes/No
Checkbox that is Enabled/Disabled
If the previous value displays as (empty), the setting had not previously been configured.
Previous | New | Meaning |
(empty) | TRUE | The setting was enabled. |
TRUE | FALSE | The setting was disabled. |
