Account Edit History

Track changes made to Owner, Supplier, and Manager accounts.

Overview

Edit History provides an audit trail of changes made to an account.

Each entry records:

  • Date and time of the change

  • User who made the change

  • Fields that were updated

  • Previous value

  • New value

Only fields changed during a save are recorded, with entries displayed in chronological order. It does not explain why a change was made or allow changes to be reverted

Edit History helps you review account changes for auditing and troubleshooting.
