Improvements

Guest Portal: Added bell desktop and email notifications when guests submit special requests during online check-in, helping Property Managers action guest requests before arrival.

Resly Direct 2.0: Pet fees are now included in the pricing breakdown displayed from the Comments panel on the Reservation Overview tab providing a more complete view of booking charges

VRBO: Improved the onboarding import process for imported reservations, helping maintain the correct channel link for future messaging and updates.

Bug fixes

Channel Compare: Fixed issue where derived Rate Plans could be falsely reported as not updated even though channel updates had already been completed.

Calendar: Turnover Days are now displayed more clearly in the Calendar, making it easier to distinguish turnover buffers from reservation dates. The updated display better reflects that guests can check out on a Turnover Day while the property remains unavailable for a same-day arrival.

Reservations: Updated mobile number validation to correctly accept supported Australian mobile number prefixes. Valid guest mobile numbers that were previously flagged as invalid can now be saved and used for SMS communications without requiring manual changes.

Resly Direct: Check-out only dates now use a distinct colour in the availability calendar instead of appearing similar to unavailable dates with a strikethrough. This makes it easier for guests to identify dates available for check-out during the booking process.

Unified Listing Management: VRBO Listing creation now supports properties with a New Zealand address so Listing creation completes successfully.

Unified Listing Management: Improved the VRBO Listing creation process by preventing errors when resetting images for listings with no images and by correctly creating bathroom details during listing creation.

VRBO: Improved the layout of VRBO listing images to better handle longer image captions, providing a cleaner and more consistent editing experience.
