Improvements

Unified Inbox: Channel message notifications now open directly in the Unified Inbox, taking you straight to the conversation from the notification. This removes the extra step of opening the legacy inbox before responding to guest messages.

Payment Automation: Automatically processes guest accommodation payments using flexible triggers based on booking events or scheduled dates. Configure payment amounts, eligible reservations, card selection, surcharges, retries, and guest notifications from a single Payment Automation.

Bug fixes

Unified Inbox: Airbnb guest photos now remain viewable in Resly conversations, even after Airbnb's temporary image links expire. This provides a more complete guest communication history.

Unified Inbox: Guest messages from Booking.com and Airbnb are now linked to the correct reservation conversation, preventing duplicate Enquiry conversations when messages arrive before the reservation is created. Genuine enquiries without an associated reservation continue to be created as separate Enquiry conversations.

Unified Inbox: All Airbnb guest messages sent during the reservation creation process are now available in the reservation conversation in the Unified Inbox.

Resly Direct 2.0: Booking links now retain check-in, check-out and guest details when opening search results and listing pages. Shared URLs can pre-fill booking criteria, reducing the need for guests to re-enter their travel dates while browsing available properties.

Resly Direct 2.0: Check-in and check-out dates are now retained when opening listing details from the search results page. This provides an improved booking experience by preserving the guest's selected travel dates while browsing available listings.

Resly Direct 2.0: Session search results now refresh correctly after submitting a new request, ensuring the latest available data is displayed instead of retaining results from a previous search.

VRBO: VRBO connection validation is now more reliable, helping new connections complete successfully and ensuring ongoing synchronisation of bookings, rates and availability.
