Resly PMS: Reduced unnecessary background data syncing in PMS to improve performance, particularly when loading screens, saving settings and switching between accounts. Real-time updates continue to work where required.
Bug fixes
SMS Automations: Automated guest SMS messages now send as expected following a correction to the automation process, helping prevent missed guest communications.
Payment Automations: Reservations will no longer show a retry message after an unsuccessful payment when Max retries is set to 0, making it clear that no further automatic payment attempts will be made.
Rate Plans: Minimum length of stay updates received from connected pricing systems, such as PriceLabs, now flow through to Rate Plans configured to derive this restriction from a source Rate Plan.
Data Retention: Guest credit cards linked to future stays are now retained when data retention rules remove eligible details from older stays.
Reservations: Waitlist reservations no longer trigger booking confirmation automations while they remain waitlisted. The confirmation automation will trigger once the reservation is confirmed, while automations for existing confirmed reservations continue to work as expected.
Website Editor: Publishing your website now updates the live accommodation page to match the listings selected in the Website Editor, including removing unlisted Properties.
Messaging Integrations: Airbnb Special Offer messages are now correctly identified as enquiries, allowing messaging integration partners to store and respond to guest messages as expected.
Calendar and Settings: Improved colour contrast in Settings > General makes menu options clearer and easier to read. The calendar search area now retains its background colour, keeping it visibly distinct from the surrounding calendar.
Resly website: YouTube videos added to Holiday Homes Listings now display consistently across supported browsers, ensuring guests can view promotional video content.
