Overview
Resly Direct booking engine supports pet fees for bookings where guests indicate they are bringing pets.
Pet pricing is configured as a Charge in Finance. To allow guests to add pets during the booking process, pets must also be enabled for the Room Type or Listing in Resly Direct.
Three steps to complete the setup:
Configure your pet settings on the Room Type or Listing in Resly Direct
Configure how the pricing will be displayed to guests in Resly Direct
Create and assign a pet fee in Resly PMS Finance
Important:
Pet fee automation currently applies to Resly Direct bookings only.
Pet fee support varies between booking channels, and not all OTAs provide the information required for Resly to automatically calculate pet fees.
