Improvements
Integrations (API): Connected integrations can now retrieve linked physical rooms and linked virtual rooms when requesting room information. This provides a clearer view of room relationships, making it easier for third-party systems to map rooms accurately, manage inventory and support properties using virtual room configurations.
Finance > Charges: Pet fee calculation now supports both Per Pet and Per Group charging. Charge a fee for each pet, or apply a single pet fee regardless of how many pets are included in the reservation.
Room Calendar: The Room Calendar now automatically displays the compact 30-day view on mobile phones and tablets, providing a more consistent and responsive experience on smaller screens.
Bug fixes
Reports: Fixed issue where the new Custom Reservations Report could default back to a Performance Report after confirming column settings.
SMS Automations: Improved the reliability of scheduled SMS automations when using day-of-week triggers, ensuring messages are sent according to the configured schedule and reservation check-in day.
Finance: Surcharges now correctly follow your GST settings when creating guest charges, ensuring GST is only applied when Includes GST is enabled.
Agent Owing Report: Now reflects the invoiced accommodation amount for each reservation. This ensures outstanding amounts remain accurate, including for partially invoiced reservations, preventing agents from appearing to owe more than has been invoiced.
Calendar View: Fixed issue where reservations or room blocks could overlap on the first visible date after calendar optimisation changes.
Reservation Finance: Guest charge breakdowns now display only the charge components that contribute to the reservation total. Zero-value items, such as Adult, Child or Infant amounts that do not apply to a charge (for example, a Pet Fee), are now hidden for easier-to-read finance summary on a line item.
Report Automations: Missing Date Type and Month Range settings now display a Select option and must be completed before saving, preventing incorrect report criteria from being applied.
VRBO: Improved the onboarding import process to better identify imported VRBO reservations, helping maintain the correct channel link for future messaging and updates.
VRBO: Improved the layout of VRBO listing images to better handle longer image captions, providing a cleaner and more consistent editing experience.
