Finance: Increased decimal precision for GST and agent rebate percentage calculations, improving the accuracy of financial calculations that require more than two decimal places.
Security: Data Retention periods can now be updated directly from Settings > General > Data Retention, without disabling the feature first. This reduces the risk of Data Retention being inadvertently left off when changing the retention duration.
Airbnb Messaging: Guest-shared images from Airbnb can now be received and viewed through supported messaging integrations, making it easier to see the full context of guest conversations.
Reservations: Expedia supplies the placeholder phone number 111111111111 for some guest reservations. Resly now ignores this value when identifying other reservations for the same guest, preventing unrelated reservations from being incorrectly linked.
Bug fixes
VRBO: Bedroom configurations with multiple beds (eg: one Single, one Queen) now display correctly on VRBO, ensuring all beds configured in Resly are reflected on the published Listing.
Reservations: Auto Assign now processes overlapping reservations one at a time, preventing multiple reservations for the same dates from being assigned to the same room.
Google ARI (Availability, Rates and Inventory): Updates are now more reliable when temporary connection errors occur. Unnecessary email and in-app alerts for these errors have also been removed, reducing notifications for errors that do not require action.
Booking.com / Resly Connect: Improved handling of temporary server errors (500 error) by retrying failed availability updates to reduce the risk of inventory synchronisation issues and overbooking.
Finance: Owner Portal and reporting totals now remain accurate following room moves or reservation changes, with accommodation amounts from other reservations no longer included in the reservation’s financial totals.
