Improvements
Resly Connect - Agoda: We’ve made some internal changes to improve the reliability of fetching new bookings from Agoda.
Financial Reports - NZ Marketplace GST: We’ve added collapsable sections to this financial report to make it easier to view. You can read more about this report here.
Resly Connect - VRBO: It’s now possible to upload rental agreement PDF files to VRBO listings. This option is available at the bottom of the listing
tab when editing a VRBO listing.
Resly Connect - Airbnb: We’ve improved handling of reservation modifications behind the scenes to work better with Airbnb availability checks.
Fixed Issues
Integration - Breezeway: Resolved an issue where incoming Breezeway tasks status changes of 'complete'
weren’t handled. These will now set a room status to clean
within Resly.
Billing: Resolved an issue where the number of rooms listed in the Billing Overview page displayed incorrectly for properties that had multiple Tiers.
Staff Portal: Resolved an issue where ad-hoc tasks marked as ‘this is an inspection task’ were not including inspection todo items.
Reservations: Resolved an issue where some reservations page that did not have mobile numbers attached failed to load, resulting in a blank screen for staff.
Accounts: Resolved an issue where the hidden Delete Account
button on Owner and Supplier accounts was available to any user while holding down the Shift
key. This is now only accessible to Admin
users.
Resly Connect - Agoda Group Bookings: Resolved an issue where the number of guests for each room on incoming Agoda group bookings was being set as the total number of guests. Due to Agoda’s API not providing how many guests are assigned to each room, Resly will now set the guest count of each room to 0 and include a private note informing you of the total number of guests so that you can manually allocate them to each reservation in the booking. Our Agoda support guide has been updated with this information.
Resly Connect - Booking.com: Resolved an issue that prevented some properties from editing their Booking.Com Key Collections within Resly.
Integration - Breezeway: Resolved an issue where cancelled reservations or blocks were not sending a DELETE
request to Breezeway.
Resly Direct: Resolved an issue where it was previously possible to create a promotion with an end date
that was earlier than the start date

Resly Direct: Resolved an issue where the amenities lists between the Resly Direct PMS settings and the Resly Direct online booking website weren’t in sync.
Financial Reports - Supplier Breakdown Report: resolved a print formatting issue that resulted in some numbers failing to display.
