Airbnb Promotions are promotional discount programs offered by Airbnb that can be applied to individual listings. Airbnb determines which guests are eligible for each promotion and the discount level that is applied.

Resly allows you to manage supported Airbnb Promotions for each Airbnb listing. You can view which promotions are enabled, turn supported promotions on or off, and synchronise the latest promotion status with Airbnb when changes have been made.

Resly currently supports the following Airbnb promotions:

Promotion information is automatically synchronised with Airbnb, allowing you to view the current status of each promotion directly from the listing.

Each promotion displays one of the following statuses in Resly:

Active The promotion is currently enabled on the Airbnb listing

Inactive The promotion is not enabled on the Airbnb listing

Only the Highly-Rated Guest Discount enabled

Only the Mobile-Only Discount enabled

Both promotions enabled at the same timely

- No promotions enabled
- Only the Highly-Rated Guest Discount enabled
- Only the Mobile-Only Discount enabled
- Both promotions enabled at the same timely

I cannot change the discount percentage	Discount percentages are set and managed by Airbnb and cannot be changed in Resly.
I cannot edit an existing promotion	Airbnb does not support updating existing promotions. Remove the promotion by disabling and create a new one with the required settings.
Why is a guest not receiving the promotion?	Airbnb determines guest eligibility. Resly does not calculate or control which guests qualify for a promotion.
Can I enable more than one promotion?	Yes. A listing can have both the Highly-Rated Guest Discount and Mobile-Only Discount enabled at the same time. Airbnb applies any eligible discounts according to its promotion rules.
Reporting	Airbnb promotion performance reporting is not currently available.
