Airbnb Quality Dashboard

Monitor Airbnb reviews, improve guest ratings, and track listing performance using the Quality Dashboard in Resly.

Overview

The Airbnb Quality Dashboard shows how your listings are performing by combining guest feedback with your Resly operations.

  • Airbnb guest feedback will highlight experience trends

  • Operational analysis linked to Accuracy, Check In, Communication, Value, Cleanliness and Location show what’s driving results

Why Quality Matters for Airbnb Bookings

For the short-term rental market, quality is more important than ever.

Increasing Competition

Airbnb is becoming more selective with listing visibility

Listings below 4.8 are penalised in search

High-quality listings outperform lower-priced options

Changing Guest Expectations

Guests expect consistent, premium experiences

Better quality supports higher pricing and stronger margins

Impact on Bookings

Each 5-star review can increase bookings

Poor experiences reduce revenue and future visibility

Listings that consistently deliver great experiences are seeing better visibility, higher pricing power, and stronger booking performance.

Airbnb Quality Dashboard Sections

Avg Review Score

This comes from your Airbnb guest reviews. It shows the over all rating guests are giving your listings, averaged across recent stays and makes a year to year comparison

Listing Issues

This brings together any problems affecting your listings:

  • Negative or repeated guest feedback

  • Missing tasks or incomplete setup

  • Unresolved notifications

Each issue points you to what needs to be actioned.

Red indicates there are some issues that need attention. Scroll down to Listing Issues to access the related bookings.

Listings without Check Out Tasks

Tasks guests are asked to complete before Check Out. These are to be set by the host and shared with guests before departure.

This is based on your Housekeeping and Tasks in Resly.

Listings without checkout tasks are more likely to have:

  • Missed cleans

  • Inconsistent property standards compared to what shows online in the listing

  • Delays getting the property ready for the next guest

  • Issues that show up later in reviews (cleanliness, accuracy, etc.)

If tasks are missing or not set up properly, they’ll show here — helping you stay on top of turnovers and guest readiness.

Perfect Hexagon When a property’s ratings aren’t all perfect 5.0s, the review chart starts to change shape. Instead of a full, even outline, the chart pulls inward on any categories with lower scores
