Weekly Lens - 27 August

Improvements

Reports: Added option in Pace Report to include or exclude parent/child (virtual) room blocks in occupancy calculations.

Automations: Time-based automations can now include recently created reservations that would otherwise miss the scheduled trigger window, helping ensure late bookings receive the intended communication at the next scheduled automation run.

API Integrations: API integrations (allow external systems to connect with Resly), can now manage Service Items on reservations. This includes adding, viewing, updating and removing additional services such as transfers, activities, equipment hire and additional cleaning.

Pooled Accounts: Pooled Account Statements now provide a clearer breakdown of Owner income by account code and GST, with improved distribution calculations to reduce rounding discrepancies and support more accurate reconciliation.

Channel Distribution: Hyperguest is now available in Resly Connect on a new channel code.

Bug fixes

Unified Inbox: Booking.com messages sent with a new reservation are now correctly linked to the reservation, preventing them from appearing as separate Enquiry messages without booking details.

Property and Listing Sorting: You can now sort Properties by Property Name for numerical ordering or Listing Name for alphabetical ordering, making it easier to organise and compare Listing data.

Finance: End of Month Owner statements now exclude reversed and hidden transactions, keeping statement entries and totals consistent with statements generated from the Accounts page.

Daily Banking: Reversed receipts are no longer included in Daily Banking totals, preventing them from being included in daily amounts sent to Xero for non-trust properties.
