Group Bookings: Group Notes can now be kept off printed invoices, giving you control over whether internal group information is customer-facing. Invoice Notes will continue to display separately when added.
ULM VRBO Listings: Bedroom and bed details now carry to VRBO when creating a listing through Unified Listing Management, keeping the listing’s unit spaces consistent with the details configured in Resly.
Bug fixes
Housekeeping Reports: Fixed issue where Daily Cleans were incorrectly labelled as Service Cleans in the Housekeeping Day Report.
Email logs: Improved the reliability of email activity logging so sent emails are consistently recorded against reservations and in Settings > Logs, providing a more complete communication history.
Resly Direct v2: Location filters are now Portfolio-specific, so guests only see locations linked to Listings in the Portfolio they are browsing. The Location filter is hidden when it is a single location site.
Website Editor: Publishing changes in the Resly Website Editor now reliably updates the live accommodation page, ensuring removed or unlisted Properties no longer appear to guests.
Reservations: Printed Agent Invoices now include the ABN in the From details, so the printed version matches the business information shown in Resly when accessed via Reservations > Agent Invoices.
Reservations: Reservation links included in booking notification emails now open the relevant account and reservation as expected.
Reservations: Accommodation charges now retain the exact rate plan amounts, including cents, when creating manual reservations, group bookings and quick reservations, preventing rounding discrepancies and reducing manual adjustments.
Payment Automations: Payment confirmation emails now show the updated amount paid and balance owing after a successful automated payment. This applies to payment automations configured in Settings > General > Automations.
Dashboard and Calendar Pricing: New Reservation searches from the Calendar and Dashboard now show only rate plans that meet the restrictions for your selected stay dates. Early Bird, Last Minute, CTA and CTD rules are checked before displaying available rates, preventing selection of rate plans that do not allow the booking.
Airbnb: Photos can now be deleted from Airbnb Listings in Resly Express without the error that previously prevented removal.
Airbnb Messaging: Notifications for pre-booking messages now continue to link to the correct conversation after an Airbnb reservation is confirmed, preventing Conversation not found when opening the guest’s response.
